Today was Mavis’s 2day re-check with our Veterinarian, Dr. Charly Stansbery. She has already shown small signs of improvement which gives us great hope that she can recover. Mavis is staying with a CATS Cradle Shelter foster mom, Pam and her family just a couple of miles away from Dr. Charly’s Vet clinic. This way she can get frequent rechecks and be closely monitored in her progress.
On another note, I want to thank Robert for reaching out to me and offering to build Mavis a wheelchair to help with her therapy and recovery. There will be more on the wheelchair in days to come. Please keep praying for Mavis, that she is blessed with a full recovery.
